Site Costs

  • Craft single site, 10ft. frontage, $50.00/2 days
  • Craft double site, 20ft. frontage, $75.00/2 days
  • Manufacturing single site, 10ft. frontage, $60.00/2 days
  • Manufacturing double site, 20ft. frontage, $75.00/2 days
  • Rhubarb baked goods, 10ft. frontage, $50.00/2 days
  • Rhubarb baked goods, 20ft. frontage, $75.00/2 days
  • Concession food vendors, 20ft. frontage, $125.00 per site/2 days
  • Concession food vendors, 40ft. frontage, $225.00 per site/2 days

Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors selling food products must register with the Elgin St. Thomas Public Health Unit. This must be done by May 1st. Click here to visit their website. Click here to call them (Line 1 or Line 2). Click here to fax them.
  • Vendors selling food must provide proof of registration to the festival committee.
  • Space is guaranteed, if registered by May 1st.
  • Post-dated cheques are considered your registration date.
  • Vendors must setup and be open for business by 8:30 AM on Saturday, and 9:00 AM on Sunday.

Preparation Checklist

  • A limited number of hydro hookups are available. You must apply and register for these hookups. No exceptions.
  • Camping is free for vendors. You may camp behind your site if your vehicle/camper fits vertically.
  • This is an outdoor event. Remmeber to bring tie-down straps, plastic covers for rain, extension cords, etc.
  • Bring your own tables, table clothes and skirts.
  • Don't forget your own chairs and setup tools.
  • Friday set up 11am - 7pm
  • Saturday set up starts at 6am
  • Check in at pavilion with Joan or Brian to get your site
  • (please do not set up without checking in)

This application form is required to obtain space in the Rosy Rhubarb Festival which is taking place June 9 - 11, 2017.
This application form and payment (either by cheque or money order) is required to obtain space in the Rosy Rhubarb Festival. ALL CHEQUES SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO THE ROSY RHUBARB COMMITTEE
